Director of Environmental Engineering

Precipio, Inc., a human capital and executive search firm has been retained by a client to identify a Director of Environmental Engineering.
Key Role:
This role will be a key position for a growing environmental engineering company based in Birmingham, AL. In addition to having responsibility for environmental remediation work across the United States, this individual will assist with setting corporate strategy, and developing new business. This role may require the individual to travel to client sites periodically to interact with senior level clients.
Basic Qualifications:
•10 years of environmental engineering experience required.
•Engineering degree required
•Prior experience supporting government agencies with environmental remediation, hazardous materials cleanup, mine closings, soil remediation.
•Previous experience managing site managers and teams in multiple geographic locations
•Proven track record developing proposals, bids, work plans and site plans required
•Prior financial management experience a plus
Additional Qualifications:
•PE Certification a plus
•Masters degree a plus
